1. How long does shipping take?

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
